In 1902, the historic building that houses the Butterscotch pastry shop in the quaint village of Birchrunville, Pennsylvania, was transformed into a steam bakery.
In 2007, we opened our Butterscotch pastry shop, also known as our happy place, reviving the charm of history.
We pour love into every creation from start to finish, right up to the moment it reaches your hands.
Our fresh pastries are made daily, with our renowned croissants and delicacies crafted by our talented pastry chefs, Jane and Stephanie.
Additionally, we are celebrated for our delicious breakfast and lunch offerings, created by chef Francis from Birchrunville Café and his wife, Nui Pascal. The rustic yet elegant decor features custom-made tables and a tractor seat, all set within the historical building, surrounded by nature and stunning scenery.
